Michael H. Sharon

Michael H. Sharon has focused his legal practice on Immigration Law since 1985 and has accumulated experience in almost all aspects of the law. He consults with and represents individuals and organizations before local and regional offices of the US Citizenship & Immigration Service (CIS- formerly INS). Over the years, Michael has represented clients in proceedings in CIS district offices and regional service centers, Immigration Court, the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), the Administrative Appeals Office (AAO), state employment agencies, U.S. Department of Labor, the Board of Alien Labor Certification Appeals (BALCA), various offices of the U.S. Department of State, including American Consulates around the world, the Federal District Court, and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Michael’s interest in Immigration Law includes both employment and family-based immigration. He has extensive experience with employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visas and permanent residency issues. He has published articles and has lectured on a variety of topics within the field of Immigration Law. Based upon his extensive background, Michael Sharon is called upon to address the most complex immigration issues.
Michael has been selected as a "Super Lawyer" by Ohio Super Lawyers Magazine in 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, and 2010. He has also been chosen as a "Leading Lawyer" by Inside Business Magazine in 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2009."

Stacy E. Cozart

Stacy E. Cozart focuses her immigration practice in both the business and family sectors. She processes Labor Certification Applications (PERM) with the Regional Processing Center and prepares and files petition paperwork with the U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services (CIS) for foreign nationals seeking visas in specialty occupations and as individuals of extraordinary ability, in addition to status as students, visitors, and temporary/seasonal workers. Stacy has worked on J-1 waivers based on requests from interested government agencies such as the National Institute of Health and Conrad State 30 programs, in addition to waivers based upon hardship. She prepares petitions for Aliens of Extraordinary Ability, Outstanding Professors/Researchers, and researchers whose work is in the National Interest. She represents clients in administrative hearings on adjustment of status applications, naturalization and other immigration proceedings and composes Waivers of Inadmissibility.

Michael M. Jolic

Michael M. Jolic has worked in the Immigration Law field since 1997 he has a wealth of experience in a broad range of immigration matters. On a day-to-day basis, Michael works primarily on various nonimmigrant visa petitions, employment based immigrant visa petitions, J-1 Exchange Visitor Waivers and employment and family based permanent residency applications. Over the past several years, Michael has become the “go-to” guy for medical residency program coordinators and foreign national physicians. Born in Slovenia, Michael immigrated to the United States in 1996. Prior to that, he lived in Linz, Austria, where he volunteered with a local non-profit organization as a Translator. Anikó Trombitás Kálnoki (Ret.)

Since 1992, Anikó Trombitás Kálnoki has focused on employment-based immigration matters with emphasis on the labor certification process. Anikó has successfully processed pre-PERM and PERM labor certification cases for employers and their foreign national employees throughout the United States. She has represented a wide range of employers from Fortune 500 companies to sole proprietorships and has represented foreign national employees in a broad range of occupations who, based on their backgrounds and skills, have been classified as extraordinary or outstanding, as degreed professionals, skilled workers, temporary workers and religious workers. Over the years, Anikó has worked with government agencies that include the Ohio Department of Job & Family Services and other state workforce agencies, the U.S. Department of Labor, U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services (CIS), the Administrative Appeals Office (AAO), Immigration Court, the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), and various American Consulates of the U.S. Department of State around the world. Because the firm’s practice is national in scope, Anikó represents clients at various District CIS offices throughout the U.S.
Anikó is active in professional and civic organizations. She is the former U.S. Department of Labor and Ohio Bureau of Employment Services Liaison for the Ohio Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). She has served as speaker and moderator at numerous Immigration Law and Employment Law seminars in Ohio and Illinois. She also volunteers her time in support of several civic organizations.
Ohio Super Lawyers and Cleveland’s Best Lawyers publications have repeatedly recognized Anikó for her practice in the field of Immigration Law and NAWBO named her a “Top 10 Women Business Owner of Northeast Ohio.”
As a naturalized U.S. citizen who came to the United States as a refugee, Anikó has a first-hand understanding of the challenges that immigrants face in building a life in America. Anikó speaks fluent Hungarian and English.
