Immigrant Visas

Obtaining Permanent Resident status (“green card”) is a high priority for many foreign nationals. Permanent residency enables them to live and work in the U.S. indefinitely. Because procedures for obtaining permanent residency have become more complicated, applicants regularly need help in navigating the process.

If U.S. permanent residency is your goal, please contact Sharon & Kálnoki LLC today and arrange to speak with one of the attorneys to find out how we can help you.

We can assist in obtaining permanent residence in a variety of immigrant categories.

PERM Labor Certification Process

Some employment-based applications require labor certification. This is a procedure whereby the U.S. Department of Labor certifies the lack of qualified U.S. workers for a particular job after the employer has tested the labor market for U.S. worker availability. PERM (Program Review Electronic Management) procedures have drastically altered the traditional labor certification process. We are experienced with labor certification procedures and can help you and your employer navigate the process.
