2008 Diversity Visa Lottery Registration

The U.S. Department of State has published information for registration
for the 2008 Diversity Visa Lottery Program. There are a number of
organizations that claim a special position in regard to this program,
but do not be mistaken. The only way to apply and have an opportunity
to be selected is to follow the instructions and make an electronic
filing through the U.S. Department of State.
