Terri Adamczyk

Terri Adamczyk has worked in the legal field for over thirty years. Since 1990, she has been a Paralegal in the field of Immigration Law. Terri has worked on almost every type of immigration case in her long career, amassing considerable experience in processing nonimmigrant visas, particularly employment authorized visas, and related matters. Terri works closely with our attorneys and on behalf of the firm’s corporate and individual clients in assuring that manpower needs are met in a timely manner.

Terri also manages the office. Through Terri’s efforts in running an efficient office we can assure timely work output.

Terri’s interests are not limited to her work, however. She is talented in arts and crafts and runs an alpaca farm with her husband.

 Magdalena Vlcek

Magdalena Vlcek joined the firm in 2006 as a Legal Assistant. She assists in preparing and filing both employment-based and family-based permanent residency cases, K-1/K-3 nonimmigrant visa applications, and with employment authorization and advance parole matters.

Magda was born in Poland and immigrated to the U.S. in 1994. She attended Highland High School and later Cuyahoga Community College where she majored in Business and Accounting and where she is currently pursuing paralegal studies. Magda is fluent in Polish and Czech, in addition to English, and understands Slovak.

Though she is a busy Mom, Magda finds time to volunteer at the Legal Aid Society of Cleveland where she assists refugees with immigration issues.

Shaun Spellacy

Shaun is a Cleveland native who now lives in the suburbs with her two children. She attended Normandy High School and holds a certificate in Medical Assisting. She is a Certified Red Cross Workplace CPR/ First Aid Instructor.

Shaun Spellacy joined the firm in the summer of 2009 as a Legal Assistant. Shaun assists attorneys and clients, as they work to complete their immigration matters. She helps with the preparation of Labor Certification Applications and other immigration-related applications and petitions. She works directly with employer and employee clients and liaises with state workforce agency personnel. Shaun is also the master scheduler for the office, making sure that attorneys are where they need to be and clients are not kept waiting.

Shaun is passionate about immigration. Having worked in the customer service arena in the past, she is eager to provide any assistance where needed.
