Michael
Sharon has been focusing his legal practice on the field of Immigration
Law since 1985 and has accumulated experience in nearly all aspects of
that law. On a daily basis, he represents individuals and organizations
before local and regional offices of the Immigration and Naturalization
Service to achieve the desired goals of his clients. Over the years, he
has represented clients in proceedings with numerous organizations, including
many district offices and regional service centers of the Immigration
and Naturalization Service (INS), Immigration Court, the Board of Immigration
Appeals (BIA), the Administrative Appeals Unit (AAU), state employment
agencies, U.S. Department of Labor, the Board of Alien Labor Certification
Appeals (BALCA), various offices of the U.S. Department of State, including
American Consulates around the world, the Federal District Court, and
the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Sharon's major interests in Immigration Law include both employment
and family based immigration. He is most experienced with employment based
immigrant and nonimmigrant visas, and adjustment of status issues.
Mr. Sharon has published articles and has lectured on Immigration Law.
Based upon his extensive background, he is called upon to address the
most complex immigration matters.

Anikó
Trombitás Kálnoki has over ten years experience in the field of employment-based
immigration. Of particular note is her thorough knowledge of the labor
certification process. Since 1992 Ms. Kálnoki has successfully
processed labor certification cases throughout the U.S. in every Federal
Department of Labor region. Other matters handled by Ms. Kálnoki
include visa processing at U.S. Consular posts, asylum and naturalization
matters, and representing clients in Immigration Court.
Ms. Kálnoki is active in professional and civic organizations.
She is the former Department of Labor Liaison for the Ohio Chapter of
the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). She has served as
speaker and moderator at numerous Immigration Law and Employment Law seminars.
Ms. Kalnoki also serves as a volunteer in civic organizations.

Stacy
Cozart focuses her immigration practice in both the business and family
sectors. She has processed Labor Certification Applications in many Regional
and State Departments of Labor throughout the nation. She has also prepared
and filed petition paperwork with the CIS for foreign nationals seeking
classifications in: specialty occupations, student, visitor, extraordinary
ability, and temporary/seasonal workers. Additionally, Stacy has worked
on J-1 Waivers for physicians based upon the support of interested government
agencies, including State 30 programs and the NIH and based upon hardship.
Furthermore, she has prepared petitions for Aliens of Extraordinary Ability,
Outstanding Professors/Researchers, and researchers whose work is in the
National Interest, as well as Immigrant petitions. She has also represented
clients in administrative hearings for Applications for Adjustment of Status,
Naturalizations and other immigration proceedings and composed Waivers of
Inadmissibility.
Stacy Cozart has been involved with several different organizations including
the Leadership Academy, Cuyahoga County Bar Association, 2001; Chair,
Immigration Committee, Cuyahoga County Bar Association, 2002, 2003, 2004;
and Member, Ethics Committee, American Immigration Lawyers Association,
2004. She has also coordinated and presented numerous seminars over the
past several years for organizations such as Purdue University, Ohio State
University, Carnegie Mellon University and the Federal Bar Association.

Adamczyk has worked in the legal field for over twenty years. Since
1990, she has been a Paralegal in the field of Immigration Law. While Ms.
Adamczyk has worked on almost every type of immigration case in her long
career, she has amassed considerable experience in processing nonimmigrant
visas, particularly employment authorized visas, and related matters, such
as Consular processing. Ms. Adamczyk works closely with our attorneys and
on behalf of the firm's corporate and individual clients in assuring that
manpower needs are met in a timely manner. Ms. Adamczyk's interests are
not limited to her work. She is talented in arts and crafts and is an avid
traveler.
Mike
Jolic has worked in the Immigration Law field since 1997 and has
accumulated a wealth of experience in a variety of immigration related
maters. On a day-to-day basis, Mr. Jolic works primarily with Attorney
Michael Sharon on nonimmigrant visa petitions, J-1 Exchange Visitor Waivers
and permanent residency applications.
Born is Slovenia, Mr. Jolic immigrated to the United States
in 1996. Prior to that, he lived in Linz, Austria where he volunteered
with a local
non-profit organization as a Translator. In addition to English, Mr. Jolic
speaks German, Slovenian, and Serbo-Croatian.
Julie
Harnegie started with the firm in 2002 as an Intern, while pursuing
a college degree in Paralegal Education. Having graduated, she is now
a full-time Legal Assistant. During her tenure, Julie gained experience
in processing non-immigrant, family-based and employment-based applications,
particularly with the labor certification process. Julie assists in preparing
and filing labor certification applications and she tracks and monitors
them at the state workforce agencies and the Federal Department of Labor
regional offices. Prior to joining Sharon & Kálnoki, Julie
worked in a litigation firm that focused on white-collar crime and insurance
defense.
Julie was awarded a Bachelor Degree in Paralegal Education,
cum laude, by David N. Myers University. She is currently pursuing MBA
studies and is considering law school as her next career move.
